Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a General Operations Manager in the Richmond, VA area (Petersburg) to oversee branch operations, sales and production for our homebuilding clients. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of custom residential construction, a hands-on work ethic, and a servant-leader management style to drive teams and processes.

You will manage budgeting, review leads, contracts, starts, warranties, and profits while mentoring staff and subs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction
• Experience with production building (multiple homes)
• Servant-leader management style
• Ability to mentor and grow a team
• Knowledge of South Richmond VA area and local vendors/subs

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team and budget; manage weekly updates with Division President
• Oversee sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty and settlements; review projections with managers and leadership
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise employees, subs and vendors; negotiate contracts
• Review overhead costs and P&L; address customer concerns and communicate resolutions
