Top Echelon Software, LLC invites a General Operations Manager to lead branch operations for our Richmond area office. The role focuses on production management, sales process optimization, and team growth, with a strong servant-leader approach.

The candidate should bring deep knowledge of custom residential construction, vendor relations, and proven leadership to drive profitability and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction.
• Familiar with production building (multiple homes at once).
• Servant-leader management style.
• Local familiarity with South Richmond VA area and vendors/subs.

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team.
• Review advertising and approve budget.
• Provide weekly updates with Division President.
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty, settlements.
• Review projections and challenges with managers and corporate leadership.
• Inspect jobs when necessary; conduct final review meetings.
• Plan reviews; recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise staff, subs and vendors.
• Engage in networking; negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers.
• Review overhead costs and general P&L.
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions.
