Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction across assigned communities, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. You’ll supervise trades, participate in pre-construction and final walkthroughs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, daily trade coordination, and accurate documentation. A strong background in residential construction management and proficiency with Build Pro

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred, or 3–5 years’ experience in home building/construction.
• Experience in residential construction management required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites and schedules.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality.
• Negotiate inspector/trade partner issues to protect budget and timelines.
• Manage trade partner communications and invoice approvals.
• Ensure safety, codes compliance, and proper documentation on-site.
