Meritage Homes in Florida is seeking a skilled construction supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure quality across framing, stucco, electrical, and plumbing. You will read blueprints, enforce safety standards, and coordinate trades to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates bring 4–10 years of supervisory construction experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (construction management degree preferred), and strong communication to resolve issues with crews and homeowners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 4–10 years construction experience with supervisory or project oversight.
• Advanced training in residential trades preferred.
• Knowledge of homebuilding, codes and ROC.
• Able to read blueprints for quality control across framing, stucco, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• MS Word/Excel knowledge; Hyphen a plus.
• Knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
