Qualifications

• Residential construction or remodeling management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Degree or project-management certification welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee residential projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Coordinate field teams, subs, vendors, materials, and schedules.
• Set clear expectations and maintain constant project communication.
• Review plans, scopes, budgets, and requirements before work begins.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure quality, progress, and safety.
• Lead closeouts, inspections, and client handoffs.
