Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in residential construction, construction management, or 8–10 years of equivalent experience.
• Prior experience supervising or leading construction professionals or field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential construction operations across assigned communities, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
• Coach and develop construction leadership and field staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate daily and long-term construction activities with trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules, production metrics, and cost performance; implement recovery plans and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards across all sites.
• Review construction quality and jobsite conditions, reinforce cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
