Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support residential construction activities with supervision. You will help manage schedules, quality, and safety while working with superintendents, trade partners, and internal teams.

The role begins in Corvallis and transitions to Salem as communities ramp up, with preference for local applicants. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and up to one year in residential construction management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Up to 1 year of residential construction/field management experience at superintendent level.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily residential construction activities for assigned homes in accordance with schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate trade partner activities and verify completion within scopes and timelines.
• Perform routine inspections and report deviations to the supervisor.
• Monitor jobsite safety and support OSHA and company programs.
• Assist with scheduling and inspections for permits.
• Participate in homeowner orientations and walk-throughs.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and records.
• Support team workflow and mentor Assistant Superintendents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
