Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks an Assistant Superintendent in Las Vegas to oversee daily residential construction activities and coordinate trade partners. You will monitor quality, safety, and schedule adherence, while supporting inspections and homeowner interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; 1–3 years in residential construction or onsite work.
• Preferred Associate's degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities, inspections, and subcontractor work.
• Monitor jobsite quality, safety programs, and OSHA compliance.
• Track construction progress and report updates or delays to the Superintendent.
• Assist with municipal inspections and Certificates of Occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and company standards.
• Support homeowner orientations and address issues with sales or management.
• Maintain jobsite documentation, schedules, inspection records, and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
