Qualifications

• 4–6 years in residential construction or 8–10 years equivalent experience
• Experience supervising construction professionals or field teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead residential construction operations across assigned communities
• Coach and develop construction leadership and field staff
• Coordinate activities with trade partners and internal teams
• Monitor schedules, production metrics, and costs; implement recovery plans
• Ensure code, safety, and quality standards across sites
• Maintain strong trade partner relationships and staffing quality
• Review jobsite conditions and enforce cleanliness and safety
• Resolve complex construction and scheduling issues affecting production
• Report performance, risks, and priorities to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and costs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
