Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to lead residential construction operations across Boise communities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to quality standards.

You will mentor field teams, coordinate with trade partners, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and safety on multiple sites. Strong leadership and knowledge of construction methods are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in residential construction or management, or 8-10 years equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising or leading construction professionals or field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential construction operations across assigned communities, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations are met.
• Coach and develop construction leadership and field staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate daily and long-term activities with trade partners and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules, production metrics, and cost performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards across all sites.
• Communicate performance, risks, and priorities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
