CEN is seeking a Mortgage Loan Construction Coordinator to support the Construction Team Lead, Specialists, Administrators and Assistants in reviewing and approving residential builder approval documents, CP loans, and construction draw submissions.

The role requires accurate log maintenance on completion percentages, notices of commencement, insurance, and mandatory training; strong organization and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and data entry processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Review a limited number of new residential CP loans for closing approval.
• Order and review residential construction inspection reports.
• Submit documentation for construction draw approval.
• Review builder applications and related documents.
• Submit builder packages for approval.
• Update logs with completion, insurance, and notices.
• Submit invoices for payments.
• Complete required training and stay compliant.
