Job summary

Landing Point in New Jersey seeks a Construction/CRE Loan Coordinator to manage a loan portfolio from approval through closing. You will review CRE and construction loan documents, and coordinate with relationship managers, customers, attorneys, title reps, and construction consultants to ensure timely closings.

The role requires close attention to detail for deal structures, regulatory and compliance requirements, and seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial and construction real estate lending.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to close construction and CRE loans.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Construction Loan documents.
• Manage a loan portfolio from loan approval through closing.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and liaise with customers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives.
• Analyze and manage construction and CRE loan closings across various business regions.
• Ensure loan approval accuracy and completeness of the deal structure.
• Review legal documentation for economic terms, conditions, and servicing requirements.
• Manage client expectations for the initial closing draw and prepare the closing statement.
• Track completion of due diligence items to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
