Job summary

IDM is seeking a Community Specialist to support onsite Residential operations by handling a high volume of administrative deliverables and ensuring smooth daily processes. The role requires independent work, digital proficiency, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.

You will manage tenant relations, applications, lease management, deposits, renewals, and reporting, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Excellent time management and leadership potential.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team player with concierge-level service mindset.
• Familiar with property management software.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to residents, vendors, and coworkers with timely follow-up.
• Revenue protection: create notices and manage collections for current/past residents.
• Application & lease management: audit applications, collect deposits, prepare move-in/lease docs.
• Process lease renewals, move-outs and financial move-out statements.
• Support renters' insurance programs and communications as needed.
• Reporting & analysis: generate reports, audits, and analyses as required.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to landlord/tenant laws and company policies.
• Team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
