Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Mariblu Southcenter, Tukwila, WA. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and implement leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

You will oversee budgets, rent collection, vendor management, and owner communications, ensuring compliance with policies and laws. The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including team, activities, and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Develop and monitor property budgets; analyze financial statements and market information.
• Oversee rent collection, deposits, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with vendors and owners.
• Lead leasing, inspections, notices, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Address resident concerns promptly to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain relationships with owners and provide property performance updates.
