Greystar’s The Waymark in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a property team, and drive budgeted financial and operational results. You will ensure policy compliance and high-quality resident service.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and budgeting skills. Candidates should be ready to manage leasing, reporting, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and discounts; supervise staff.
• Assist in client/owner reporting and relationship management.
• Ensure property maintenance meets safety and appearance standards.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and service levels.
