Greystar manages Millhouse in Portland and seeks a Community Manager to lead a property team, drive leasing and revenue, and ensure outstanding resident service. You’ll oversee budgets, vendor relations, and day-to-day operations, guiding staff to meet performance standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and strict adherence to regulations, with a focus on occupancy growth and resident satisfaction across a full-time on-site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff to meet budgeted goals.
• Analyze financial statements and marketing information to guide performance.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and renewal processes.
• Inspect property, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Maintain owner relations and communicate property performance and updates.
