Job summary

Laramar is seeking a Community Manager to lead a residential property and drive occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction. You will supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and support teams, ensuring adherence to budget and policy while delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will handle leasing, owner reporting, and staff performance, while maintaining high safety and quality standards across the property. This role requires strong communication and managerial skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years' experience in residential property management or related field.
• Additional managerial experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Oversee operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Adhere to budgets while maintaining property quality.
• Document financial goals, expenditures, owners' reports, and income.
• Supervise leasing process including applications, pricing and renewals.
• Directly supervise staff and conduct regular performance management.
