The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in residential property management, strong MS Office skills, and proven supervisory ability. The position requires driving to sites and maintaining excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in residential property management or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Read, write, and communicate in English; basic to moderate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Oversee operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Adhere to budget constraints while maintaining property quality.
• Document up-to-date financial goals, expenditures, and owner reports.
• Oversee leasing: review, approve, and manage applications, pricing, and renewals.
• Lead staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with owners to ensure high retention and timely issue resolution.
• Foster a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
