Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic security or low-voltage industry.
• Experience with access control, CCTV/video surveillance, burglar/fire alarms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, wiring, and the ability to read diagrams and floor plans.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage time and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, program, troubleshoot, and repair electronic security systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Work with residential and commercial burglar alarms, fire/life-safety devices, access control, CCTV, and video systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, floor plans, and manufacturer specs to execute installations.
• Configure and test network-connected devices and IP/PoE systems.
• Educate customers on system operation and document closeout paperwork.
• Maintain site assets, tools, and company vehicles in good condition.
