Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team in Texas. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing our company on-site.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in HVAC/appliance repair, own tools and a reliable vehicle, EPA certification, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle are required.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
• MUST be located in the US.
• Onboarding interview required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Welding experience is a plus.
