Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose home comfort needs and offer HVAC/water heater solutions. This outside-sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management, leveraging internal warm leads and your own pipeline to close opportunities.

Location: Gaithersburg, MD area with base salary starting at $44,200 and commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably B2C.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Drive sales through internal leads and your prospect pipeline.
• Collaborate on-site with technical team during visits.
