- Proficiency with EMR systems and chart reviews.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned counselors at the Citra Residential Center.
- Recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new staff.
- Provide staff orientation and ongoing clinical training.
- Develop and review treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Ensure charts meet CARF and state standards; manage EMR reviews.
- Collaborate with community partners and coordinate services.
- Supports billing accuracy and compliance.
