Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and QHP license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical dependence treatment or related field.
• Eligible for Qualified Health Professional (QHP) license in NYS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the residence and services across stabilization, rehabilitation, and reintegration.
• Ensure adequate on-site or on-call staffing and document staff time allocations.
• Hire or designate a Health Coordinator for HIV/AIDS and related education, risk reduction, counseling, and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, safe space with functioning equipment and supplies.
• Conduct performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and implement staff training plans aligned with individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies, procedures, and clinical regulatory requirements.
• Lead administrative functions: annual budgets, monthly expenses, scheduling, and reporting.
• Cultivate relationships with government agencies and community service providers.
