Job summary

Postgraduate-Center-For-Mental-Heal is seeking a Senior Residential Counselor to assist the Program Director in managing residential operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and PCMH policies.

You will lead direct care staff, maintain comprehensive case records, and provide counseling and crisis intervention while coordinating with health care services and program management. A strong background in mental health and residential care is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline or related field is required; 3 years related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma with substantial residential experience may suffice with 5+ years in residential settings.
• Experience with case records, regulatory compliance, and crisis response is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in all aspects of residential operations to ensure regulatory compliance and PCMH policies.
• Provide leadership and supervision of direct care staff and supervise crises response.
• Maintain resident case records and ensure quality case management and care for all residents.
