GFL Industries is seeking a Residential Driver to safely and efficiently provide waste removal services on curbside and backdoor routes. You will operate a residential/recycling collection truck, load and compact waste, and ensure on-time service while maintaining customer courtesy.

The role requires a CDL or valid CDL school certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to meet safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is desired.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive truck and operate equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a residential/recycling collection truck to collect solid waste or recyclables on route.
• Load waste and recyclables into vehicle and compact materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor immediately and maintain route quality.
• Maintain clean vehicle and safe operations, following all safety policies.
