GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Residential Driver to safely and courteously remove waste for customers on curbside and backdoor routes.

You will operate residential, side-load and/or rear-load trucks and transport waste to post-collection facilities. Responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining route quality, logging service records, and communicating vehicle issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a CDL.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Able to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
• Able to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate residential/recycling trucks to collect waste on designated routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain records.
• Load waste and recyclables and ensure safe, efficient handling.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with route optimization and overtime as needed.
