Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health System in West Chester, PA, is seeking compassionate staff for a part-time/PRN role that supports adults and families through a Recovery Model framework. This position offers meaningful community-based services and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include life skills coaching, crisis intervention, and coordination with treatment teams. An Associate's Degree with 1 year of human services experience, plus clearances, is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
