Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health System in West Chester, PA, is seeking a full-time Mental Health Program staff member. You will provide person-centered services, assist residents with life skills, and deliver supportive counseling and crisis intervention as part of a collaborative treatment team.

The role emphasizes individualized service plans, community resource linkage, and thorough documentation to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field.
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
