Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a part-time/PRN role in West Chester, PA. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00+ and focus on recovery-based services for adults and families within a compassionate, mission-driven nonprofit.

The role emphasizes life skills development, counseling, and collaboration with treatment teams, with paid training provided to support career growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Criminal Clearance and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

Education

Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
