Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Residential Caseworker for a full-time day shift in West Chester, PA. The role pays $18 per hour and involves on-site, weekday hours (9:00am - 5:00pm) as part of a Mental Health Program.

You will work within a recovery-focused model and collaborate with treatment teams to support adults and families. Responsibilities include life-skills coaching, counseling, individualized service plans, and connecting residents with community resources.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human services field.
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and collaborate with treatment teams to promote outcomes.
