Qualifications

  • AA degree with two years of community mental health experience.
  • HS/HSE with five years of community mental health experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • May carry a caseload of residents and provide services per program regulations.
  • Evaluate and assist residents in independent living skills and goal attainment.
  • Advocate for residents with other service providers.
  • Coordinate with community-based treatment and other service providers.
  • Document resident interactions for progress and billing as required.
  • Facilitate monthly roommate meetings and assist with special events.
