Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred with one year's relevant experience.
• Polite and pleasant manner, be efficient and firm.
• Ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Supervise client participation in daily program activities and monitor rights and rules.
• Escort clients to appointments and manage bed assignments and census data.
• Provide emergency response, including crisis management, first aid, CPR and fire response.
• Report incidents promptly to supervisor and complete incident reports.
• Escort clients to appointments as assigned.
