Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with one year of relevant experience.
• Polite and pleasant manner, efficient and firm; able to operate a busy front desk/security operation.
• Ability to perform diverse tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client participation in daily program activities, monitor rights and adherence to rules; escort clients to appointments and manage bed assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of service models; communicate with case management staff and perform tasks related to service delivery.
• Make rounds to safeguard clients and property; provide emergency response including crisis management, first aid, CPR and fire response as needed.
• Report violations, incidents and non-compliance; complete Incident Reports per guidelines.
• Escort clients to appointments as assigned.
