MyPath is seeking a Full-time residential care supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee daily care routines, ISPs, and TBPs while guiding staff and ensuring safety and documentation accuracy.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a community setting. Travel to community sites is possible as part of the on-site leadership responsibilities.

Formación

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree in human services preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily care routines, ISPs, and TBPs.
• Provide supervision and coaching to Direct Support Professionals.
• Manage program coverage, safety, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and team; communicate clearly with stakeholders.
