This role reports to the Program Director and requires strong leadership, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with clinical teams to maintain safety and high-quality care for individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain assigned homes and related systems, facilities, and furnishings.
• Support budgeting by managing payroll and scheduling to meet budget targets.
• Coordinate admissions and liaise with referral sources, regulators, and licensing agencies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, licensing standards, and HIPAA requirements.
