Job summary

Kids for the Future in Wisconsin, Sheboygan seeks a Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage shift changes, and coach DSPs to ensure coverage.

You will follow ISPs/BSPs, provide crisis intervention, assist with personal care and medications, track attendance, support onboarding and medication training, perform monthly site inspections, monitor medication logs, enforce abuse prevention policies, and handle site administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Age 18+, High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, caregiver background check, basic computer skills.
