Kids for the Future in Lebanon, IL seeks a Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and guide DSP staff. You will supervise shifts, manage coverage, and help with onboarding and medication training.

Minimum qualifications include 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and caregiver background checks. CPR and certifications preferred, with opportunities to lead care and improve safety at the residence.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and caregiver background check.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care and shifts.
• Preferred: 1+ year caregiving or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Shift Oversight: Supervise daily site operations, manage shift changes, and ensure required coverage.
• Staff Leadership: Coach DSPs, track attendance, assist with onboarding, and conduct medication training.
• Direct Care & Support: Follow ISPs/BSPs, provide crisis intervention, and assist with personal care/medications.
• Quality & Audits: Perform monthly site inspections, track medication logs, enforce abuse prevention policies.
• Site Admin: Manage household budgets, grocery runs, and supply inventories.
