Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with agency policy.
• CPR certification is required.
• SCIP-R certification is preferred.
• Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff in Senior Residential Supervisor’s absence and provide oversight and guidance on designated shifts.
• Schedule and oversee tasks/activities performed by staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist with staff development, coaching and corrective action.
• Provide instruction and supervision of residents in activities of daily living and program goals.
• Promote positive relationships with individuals, families, advocates and community.
• Administer medication and complete health-related forms.
• Maintain accurate records and report incidents promptly.
