Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee 1–3 ICF/IDD facilities in Tennessee. You will supervise Direct Support staff, coordinate operations, staffing, and budgeting, and promote a person-centered approach within a nurturing home setting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical staff, monitoring shifts, and ensuring staff meet training requirements while supporting individuals toward their personal goals in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma and one year of experience working with the population served and competency in supervisory skills.
• College training and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Direct Support staff to ensure quality care in 1–3 ICF/IDD facilities.
• Maintain open communication with clinical staff and support an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and provide feedback to staff across all shifts to maintain a safe, respectful home environment.
