Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and manage operations for 1–3 facilities offering Non-ICF services. You will lead Direct Support Associates and ensure smooth daily operations across locations.

The role involves coordinating with clinical staff, maintaining person-centered care plans, and ensuring staff meet training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Works closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback.
• Standardizes procedures and expedites the implementation of person-centered plans.
• Monitors and evaluates staff interactions with people supported across shifts.
• Provides audits for medication administration and conducts performance reviews.
