Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a supervisor to oversee residential staff and provide direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating transportation, and ensuring medications and medical treatments are implemented as directed by physicians.

The position requires English communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• supervises residential staff assigned to the home and oversees direct care.
• Performs in-home training with the Direct Support Professional and supervises household tasks.
• Ensures safety, health and well-being of all individuals and prepares nutritious meals.
• Reports unusual incidents and medical situations; performs first aid and nursing procedures as trained.
• Maintains documentation and compliance with state and federal standards.
• Coordinates medical treatments as directed by physicians and nursing staff; maintains ISP implementation.
