Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, interviews and hires, conducts performance evaluations, and implements personnel actions.
• Oversees resident safety, health, meals, medications, and medical treatments per physician orders.
• Maintains household files and prepares for regulatory standards compliance.
• Takes on Home Manager duties in absence of the supervisor.
• Transports clients as needed and supports daily residential activities.
