Job summary

Embracelifeservices seeks a Residential Group Home Supervisor to oversee the well-being and daily operations of individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home. The role leads direct care teams, coordinates activities, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance with a focus on individualized care plans.

The position is full-time and hourly, with potential evening and weekend shifts; some travel to the main office for trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Arizona fingerprint clearance.
• CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention and Support certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals according to individualized care plans.
• Lead and manage a team of direct support professionals.
• Coordinate daily activities, outings, and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with case managers and families on individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation.
