Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Multimedia First Aid, CPR—adult/child/infant; delegated nursing licensure.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
• Two years experience with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervises residential staff and implements Individual Service Plans with the team.
• Maintains safety, health, and well‑being; supervises medication administration as ordered.
• Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal standards.
• Oversees resident funds accounting and staff training.
