Job summary

I Am Boundless seeks staff to work in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization and ABA-based supports. You will implement structured Behavior Support Plans, monitor health and safety, and assist with daily living activities in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include data collection, crisis intervention when needed, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Implement education, skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans as taught in training.
• Provide intensive behavioral health services including skills development, problem solving, and emotions/behavior management.
• Implement crisis interventions as needed to maintain safety.
• Collect data and records following Boundless procedures.
• Maintain household and instructional area materials and organize resources.
• Complete documentation in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Read and follow the employee handbook and Boundless policies.
