Job summary

I Am Boundless in Ohio seeks a supervisor to provide direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, supervising residential staff assigned to the individual's home.

You will ensure safety, administer medications as ordered, coordinate care plans and ISP implementation, and maintain thorough documentation with the interdisciplinary team to support well‑being and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English — both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise residential staff assigned to the individual's home.
• Ensure safety, health and well-being of all individuals; monitor and report incidents.
