Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• One year of residential programming experience.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR (adult, child, infant) are preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support services to residents with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise staff and coordinate activities to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams to meet resident goals.
