Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervise home staff.
• Ensure policies and paperwork are up to date.
• Coordinate daily activities for individuals.
• Schedule staff for the home; ensure attendance.
• On-call coverage as needed (rotating or 24/7).
• Transport to medical appointments and outings.
