Job summary

AID of Indiana in Leo-Cedarville, IN is hiring a Full-time House Manager with HM or DSP experience to lead staff, ensure daily living activities, and maintain compliance with care plans.

You will coordinate medications, transportation, and scheduling, supervise the team across shifts, and promote safe, respectful care for residents with Intellectual Disabilities. Associates welcome, CNA/HHA preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• CNA/HHA preferred; management experience not required but must be able to supervise other employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and supervises staff in the house.
• Makes sure all policies, procedures and paperwork are updated in the home.
• Ensures Daily Activities are completed weekly for each individual in the home.
• Monthly paperwork is filled out for the home on a day to day basis.
• Individual's Activities of Daily Living: shower/bath, dress, administer medication, shaving, peri care, preparing meals, household cleaning, running goals, etc.
• Transportation to medical appointments and outings; schedule staff for the home; ensure staff clock in/out on time.
• On call is dependent on business needs; rotating or 24/7 with assistance.
