Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II at River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, Oregon. The role focuses on personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group activities, following an evidence-based curriculum.

Eligible candidates will help residents develop skills, administer medications, and document care per policy. Compensation starts at $22.50–$23.88 per hour, with various pay differentials.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Eligibility requires 1 of 3: (a) Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science; (b) minimum 3 years of verifiable behavioral health experience; (c) equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan.
• Administer prescribed medications and follow physician orders.
• Transport clients to engage in treatment services and maintain documentation.
